We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Production Operator to operate machinery, perform production tasks, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate machines and equipment according to work instructions and production schedules.
-Perform product inspection and ensure quality standards are met.
-Monitor machine conditions and report abnormalities or breakdowns to the supervisor.
-Maintain cleanliness and ensure a safe working environment.
-Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety requirements.
-Assist with production targets and minimize material wastage.
-Complete production records and reports accurately.
Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
-Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage.
-Basic knowledge of machine operation and quality control.
-Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
