Are you passionate about nursing education and committed to developing competent, compassionate, and professional nurses? We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Lecturer in Nursing to join our academic team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in nursing-related subjects.
Facilitate clinical teaching and skills training in accordance with programme requirements.
Prepare teaching materials, assessments, and academic documentation.
Assess students’ academic and clinical performance and provide appropriate guidance.
Supervise students during clinical placements, where applicable.
Participate in curriculum development, programme reviews, and quality assurance activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant MQA, Nursing Board Malaysia, and institutional requirements.
Support student engagement, academic activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Nursing or a relevant qualification, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Valid registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board and a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC), where required.
Relevant clinical nursing experience.
Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience will be an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and student mentoring skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
Passion for nursing education and professional development.
