SHE Management
"• Occupational Safety Health and Environmental Coordinator
• To ensure company's Safety & Occupational Health and Environmental Management System (SHE MS) is effectively implemented in compliance to the ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
• Initiate the development of SHE policies and programs.
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (chemical, noise levels, use of machinery etc).
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
• Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
• Initiate and organize SHE training of employees.
• Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
• Stop any unsafe acts or unsafe conditions that could be dangerous or unhealthy.
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes.
• Document minutes of meeting, and reports compiled for HOD.
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to QA & SHE HOD.
• Collaborate with the facility team to conduct workplace inspection and develop plans to address any identified issue.
• Managed SHE management of change register.
• Responsible for taking minutes during SHE management review and committee meeting.
• Responsible to maintain applicable legal register & conducted evaluation of applicable legal register.
• Responsible for maintain the legal register and others requirement."

SHE Related Compliance Management
"• Work with colleagues / peers / management to develop and implement relevant compliance programs across the organization.
• Develop, initiate, maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance programs.
• Identify compliance related risks and vulnerabilities and propose mitigation actions and manage day-to-day operations of compliance programs.
• Plan and conduct compliance audits (internal)."
