SALES COORDINATOR

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and responsible Sales Support / Sales Coordinator to join our team at Dover Elevators Malaysia. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and individuals who are eager to learn, develop their administrative and coordination skills, and build a career in sales support within the elevator and escalator industry.

You will play an important role in supporting our sales team by handling sales documentation, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, following up on customer enquiries, and ensuring that daily sales activities run smoothly. With proper guidance and on-the-job training, you will gain practical experience in sales administration, customer communication, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team in daily sales activities.

Assist in preparing quotations, sales proposals, tender documents, and other sales-related documentation.

Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales-related matters within the required timelines.

Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to obtain information and ensure smooth communication.

Maintain and update sales records, customer information, quotation status, and project documentation.

Ensure all sales documents, reports, and records are accurate, complete, and properly organised.

Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, correspondence, and other administrative documents.

Monitor the progress of quotations and pending enquiries, and remind the relevant team members of outstanding matters.

Arrange meetings, appointments, and other sales-related activities when required.

Respond to emails and other business correspondence professionally and promptly.

Assist in coordinating orders, deliveries, and other sales-related arrangements with the relevant departments.

Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Able to work independently when required and collaborate effectively with different departments.

Willing to learn, accept guidance, and take initiative in completing assigned tasks.
