We are a leading service provider specializing in soil stabilization for deep foundation installations, such as bored piles and diaphragm walls. Our team assists customers on-site to solve soil stabilization challenges using our cutting-edge products.
Job Responsibilities:
•Assist customers' site teams in project kick-off and provide on-site technical support.
•Identify and resolve soil stabilization issues during deep foundation installations.
•Train customer site personnel on the proper use of the products.
•Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical site personnel.
•Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
•Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
•Generate ideas and foresee potential issues to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Qualifications/Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Equivalent in Civil Engineering or Geology.
•1-2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with basic knowledge of deep foundation execution. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
•Proficiency in MS Office.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with diverse teams.
•Highly motivated, dedicated, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
•Fast learner with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
•Collaborative mindset with the ability to foresee issues and provide innovative solutions.
•Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Possesses own transport and is willing to travel on short notice.
•Friendly and customer-service oriented.
