Store Leader

Job Description:

- Manage daily incoming material and warehouse operations.
- Supervise receiving, checking, and storing of incoming materials.
- Ensure materials match purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Verify material quantity, quality, and identification.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality Control (QC), and Production teams.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and system transactions.
- Maintain proper material storage, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, and shortages.
- Lead and guide store team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Experience in warehouse, store, or material management.
- Knowledge of inventory control and material receiving processes.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Able to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
