Maintenance Technician Lead

Job Description:

- Maintain and repair metal stamping machines and production equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
- Attend to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Perform machine inspection and basic equipment adjustment.
- Assist with stamping die maintenance and machine setup.
- Carry out basic welding, fabrication, and repair work when required.
- Record maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure machines and equipment are maintained in safe working condition.
- Follow company safety rules and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement :
- Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in metal stamping or manufacturing.
- Experience leading or supervising maintenance technicians is preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
- Able to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Able to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to work overtime or shifts when required.
