a) To establish Drawing Master List if it was not provided by consultant.
b) To liaise with Head of Project Department for preparation of Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.
c) To assist Head of Project Department to prepare site reports if necessary.
d) To visit site or to be stationed at respective project site full time or as and when required for actual measurements or shop/installation details.
e) To assist in measurement calculation for Tender purposes.
f) Responsible to keep proper records of all drawings issued and distributed accordingly to all relevant staff of Project Department, including to site, sub-contractor, consultant and customer.
g) To proactively comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
h) Abnormal condition feedback to superior.
i) To undertake other duties assigned or directed by superior from time to time.
j) To comply and promote the Company’s Anti-Bribery Policy and Anti Bribery Management System (ABMS), ISO 37001:2025 ABMS requirements, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, any applicable anti-bribery laws, contractual requirements, and understanding the consequences of not complying.
k) To identify, manage and report bribery risks and conflicts of interest arising from project activities and business relationships.
l) To ensure project dealings with Business Associates and relevant authorities comply with applicable anti-bribery controls and due diligence requirements.
m) To ensure project approvals and delegated decisions are made within authorized limits, properly documented and free from conflicts of interest or improper influence.
n) To maintain proper drawing revision control, protect confidential project information and report any request to falsify, backdate or improperly alter technical documents.

1. 3-5 years of relevant working experience (M&E, constructions).
