Optical Inspection Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily morning briefings to confirm staff attendance, communicate the day's production plans, and reinforce quality requirements.
2. Inspect and ensure compliance with workplace 5S standards.
3. Check the completion and accuracy of reports from each workstation.
4. Communicate the previous day's manpower loss and attendance-related issues during morning briefings, and implement appropriate performance assessments and follow-up actions.
5. Monitor NG (fail) conditions at testing stations and promptly report abnormalities to the responsible departments for corrective action and improvement.

Job Requirements

1. Technical secondary school education or above.
2. At least one year of on-site production management experience in server PCBA or other electronics manufacturing industries.
3. Familiarity with IPC-A-610 soldering and workmanship standards, basic English reading and writing skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts.
4. Familiarity with PCBA production process management systems.
