Site Engineer

• Supervise and monitor site construction activities to ensure they align with approved plans, specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure timely execution and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to the required quality standards and in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
• Prepare site reports, inspection reports, and progress updates for management.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise on-site.
• Support the procurement of materials and equipment as required.
• Liaise with local authorities to coordinate inspections, permits, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Attend and participate in site, technical, safety and coordination meetings to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and support a safe working environment in coordination with the safety team.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, materials and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
