Our DTF printer (Epson XP600 printheads) needs urgent repair. You will work with the manufacturer's technician in China over WhatsApp (Mandarin/English), follow their instructions, and do whatever it takes to get the machine working again, both hardware and software.
No printer repair experience is needed. The technician will guide you step by step.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with the technician by WhatsApp calls, video calls and messages
Follow the technician's instructions step by step
Install, remove and reinstall printheads; run head cleaning, calibration and alignment
Check cables and boards; replace parts (dampers, capping station, ink lines) and run tests
Install and configure the printer control software, RIP software and drivers on Windows
Troubleshoot software problems: connection errors, firmware and settings, colour profiles
Record each step with photos, video or screenshots and write short notes in English
Experienced technician? If you can repair it yourself without the China technician and guarantee the result, Mandarin and English are not required and the pay is negotiable.
