MEDICAL DEVICE SPECIALIST

* Provide product knowledge and technical support for medical devices and related healthcare products.
* Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and training for customers and healthcare professionals.
* Support customers in product selection, application and troubleshooting.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on product-related technical matters.
* Assist in monitoring product performance, customer feedback and market requirements.
* Support sales and marketing activities for medical device products.
* Maintain proper product documentation, technical materials and customer records.
* Ensure product activities are carried out in accordance with relevant company policies and applicable Malaysian medical device requirements.
* Assist with product registration, regulatory documentation and other compliance-related matters when required.
