Job Description

Lead Maintenance Tasks:
Oversee and monitor maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient repairs and troubleshooting with minimal disruption.

Daily Maintenance:
Perform and inspect maintenance of critical systems, including HVAC, air conditioners, chillers, plumbing, UPS, battery systems, PDU, generators, transfer switches, and switchgear.

Vendor Supervision:
Supervise and approve maintenance work by vendors, ensuring adherence to work methods. Halt and escalate issues if abnormalities occur.

Change Control: Manage Change Control Application processes for safe operation, maintenance, and modification of critical equipment. Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintenance instructions.

Technical Support:
Provide onsite technical support and guidance for fault analysis, testing, and commissioning of new facilities.

Work Order Management:
Manage preventative and corrective maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and documentation.

Safety and Compliance:
Develop and implement safe maintenance procedures, comply with safety programs, and maintain a safe workplace.
1. SOP and ERP Implementation: Implement and understand standard operating procedures and emergency response plans.
2. Inventory Updates: Manage tool and supply inventories, including purchase orders and stock checks.
3. Safety Focus: Identify and mitigate safety hazards, ensure proper PPE use, and comply with safety rules.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines, alerting management to discrepancies.

Competencies/Skills
1. Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Immediate availability is a plus!
3. Willingness to travel and work both indoors and outdoors.
4. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.

Qualification
Certificate or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with 2-3 years experience in related area.
