PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

1. Carry out day to day mechanical maintenance repair works.
2. Carry out planned / preventive maintenance on equipment.
3. Performa daily equipment inspections and checklist.
4. Work in team until the job is completed, with minimum downtime.
5. Set up and monitor operations of testing equipment.
6. Maintaining all equipment, tooling and machine provided by company by following operating instructions.
7. Responsible to handle machine maintenance and trouble shooting.
8. Must involve in modification of machine.
9. Adheres to ISO standards and practices good housekeeping at all times.
10. Undertakes any additional/ad-hoc as assigned by Superiors as and when the need arises.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
