Job Handover
Receive and hand over job at the packing workstation.

Pre-Packing Checks
Clean bagging bin when changing rations.
Ensure correct packaging bags are used.
Verify stock card, ration, batch number, and manufacturing date.
Ensure batch numbers are printed.

During Packing
Match quantity between report and actual output.
Check stock of packaging, sewing thread, stretch film, and ink.
Monitor bagging output to meet daily target.
Inspect stacking, sewing quality, and pallet condition.
Collect QA samples and record stock counts for each pallet.
Visually check feed quality for every pallet.

Machine & Equipment Maintenance
Keep packing line machines and equipment clean and in good condition:
Larkin crumble line, round sifter, jet filter, airlock
Sewing machine, bagging conveyor, ink jet printer
Forklift, pallets (wooden/steel), bag racking
Report any breakdowns immediately to supervisor.
