Housekeeping Attendant

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, corridors, and public areas to the hotel's cleanliness standards.
- Replenish room amenities, linen, and supplies to ensure guest comfort.
- Inspect assigned rooms and report maintenance issues, damages, or defects promptly.
- Handle guest laundry, lost and found items, and room keys in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Maintain inventory, housekeeping equipment, and storage areas in good condition.
- Update room status accurately and communicate with the Front - Office as required.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, their belongings, and hotel property.
- Maintain proper grooming, uniform standards, and provide courteous service to guests.
- Carry out additional housekeeping duties and support the team as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
