- Monitor and improve product quality, production efficiency and overall performance.
- Prepare and review concrete mix designs to meet customer requirements and cost objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate all QA/QC activities, including laboratory testing and site inspections.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of quality records, test results and reports.
-Identify and resolve quality issues through appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and testing instruments.
- Handle customer complaints and provide technical support on concrete quality matters.
- Lead and supervise the QA/QC team to ensure effective execution of quality control activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Any other tasks and assignments as and when assigned by the Management and Superior.
