📌 Role Overview
• Position: Junior BIM Operator / BIM Modeler
• Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor (Hybrid options available)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: RM 2,500 – RM 4,000 / month (Commensurate with skills and portfolio)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Develop 3D Models: Create, update, and modify accurate architectural, structural, or MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
• Documentation: Extract precise 2D drafting, shop drawings, and construction documentation directly from BIM models.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure all models comply with project BIM execution plans and company standards.
• Collaborate: Assist BIM Coordinators in running clash detection and preparing files for multidisciplinary coordination.
