- Assist customers with product enquiries and provide suitable recommendations.
- Promote and explain products or services to potential customers.
- Support daily sales activities and achieve sales targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Assist with sales reports, documentation, and other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
