PURCHASER

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
-To assist the department head in monitoring the Suppliers activities.
-To monitor and maintain minimum stock (indirect) to arrange delivery
-To monitor supplier delivery performance, price, service and quality.
-To coordinate with supplier and user quality and delivery requirement.
-To follow up wirh supplier to ensure no stoppages to supply for production line.
-Timely work on cost reduction
-To ensure ISO9001, ISO14001 and yearly report update on time.
-To provide support and preparation to ensure internal and external audit with fail.
-Negotiate with supplier on unreasonable increase price and unfulfilment delivery required.
-Responsibility to obtain > 2 quotation (none customer appointed supplier) to make price and term comparison
-Follow up with supplier and internal team on the aging outstanding PO.
-Develop new supplier (Compatitive price & quality) coordinate the qualification process.
-To ensure data & documentation accuracy.
-To promptly and accurate data the assignment that assigned by superior daily
-To have good co-operation and team work among all the subordinates and groups of department.

QUALIFICATION
-At least 5 years working experience in planning
-Strong knowledge in production scheduling and planning, materials planning and control
