Key responsibilities:
- To ensure smooth order processing, daily sales compilation and report preparation.
- Monitor & support sales team on monthly statements & collection, follow-up & data analysis.
- Assist to resolve internal & external complaints.
- Liaise and coordinate with finance on monthly statements, collection.
- Conduct market visits to assess product visibility, price competition, promotions & provide feedback.
- Monthly sales closing reports, presentation slides, or any other required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business Management equivalent will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required.
- Posses leadership skill beginner level
- Investigation Skill intermediate level
- Communication and Interpersonal skills Intermediate/Advanced level
- Report writing skills Intermediate/Advanced level
- Possess Knowledge of Food Manufacturing Facilities Management
- Possess own transport
- Able to start work immediately
