General Manager, Design Strategy & Planning

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee property development planning and design in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers concept development, feasibility, design control and the approvals needed to move projects forward.

Requirements
• Experience in property development planning and leading teams.
• Knowledge of local authority planning permission (KM) and building plan (BP) submissions.
• Ability to control design quality and coordinate teams across disciplines.
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time and translate strategy into project decisions.

Information
The role leads planning and design decisions across multiple projects, from early concepts through authority approvals. Leadership scope includes two General Managers supported by five Managers, with responsibility for keeping design quality and project feasibility aligned.
