- Assist the sales team with daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and tracking sales progress.
- Handle sales orders, ensuring all order information is accurate and entered into the system promptly.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining sales contracts, quotations, and other sales documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective support.
- Maintain the customer database, ensuring the accuracy and updating of customer information.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as document organization, filing, and office equipment maintenance.
- Support the daily operations of the sales team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing and promotional activities.
- Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures and samples.
REQUIREMENT:
- At minimum diploma or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in sales support or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and customers.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia
