FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of process machines and automation systems, with a focus on wet process systems (or the electronics industry;
- Analyzing and troubleshooting faults and carrying out repairs and optimization measures directly at the customer's site;
- Training and technicaI support for customers in operating and maintaining the systems;
- Performing preventive maintenance to ensure high machine availability.
- Documenting completed work and preparing service reports and maintenance logs.
- Supporting development and project teams by providing feedback from ongoing operations to enhance and further develop the machines.
- Collaborating closely with sales and technical departments to address technical challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
- International service assignments and technical support for customers worldwide.
- Advising and supporting customers in integrating machines into existing production lines, including optimizing production processes.
- Conducting technicaI audits and evaluoting machine conditions to identify opportunities for improvement and investment;
- Managing speciaI service projects, such as retro fit and upgrade initiatives;
- Actively contributing to the development of service concepts, including remote diagnostics and service solutions.
