Inside Sales

Job Scope
* Prepare and process data for quotation purpose
* Prepare DFT / RFQ / Quotation
* Process Printed Circuit Board (PCB) CAD data in preparation for InCircuit Testing (ICT) using TEBO and VayoPro
* Update/ maintain E Xing Standard documents for Designer / Production / Programmer
* Database maintenance, file management and Sales tracking
* Responding to inbound sales inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
* Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Team player and with Positive Attitude
* Continuously expanding your product knowledge to better serve our customers
* Any adhoc activities as required by Management

Requirements
* Academic background of electronics is preferred
* Knowledge of CAD processing software preferably VayoPro is added advantage
* Proficiency Microsoft Office suite (Excel / Word / Power Point)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
* Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to professional development
