Responsibilities:-

Responsible to ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.

Responsible to collect, calculate, and data entry in order to maintain and update payroll information.

Responsible to compile all summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.

Responsible to determine the payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.

Responsible to resolve payroll discrepancies.

Responsible to maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.

Responsible to prepare timely and accurate report when required by the Management.

Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Degree and/ or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of Mandarin language is an added advantage.

Exposure to the HR admin and payroll is a prerequisite.

At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Must be IT / ISO literate.
