QA Engineer
1. Responsible for customer and supplier quality assurance, in accordance with company Quality Management System (QMS).
2. Ensure materials and products meet approved specifications and customer requirements and work with relevant teams to resolve quality issues to prevent recurrence.
3. Head and train QC inspector, monitoring incoming, final and outgoing inspection activities.
4. Coordinate customer audits and follow up to close audit findings..
5. Consolidate customer supplier and in-house quality results, track performance against established targets and follow up on corrective action.
6. Assist in maintaining and improving ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Requirement
1. Diploma or degree in any engineering discipline.
2. Min 3 years of relevant quality QA/QC experience in a manufacturing industry.
3. Experience in wire harnessing assembly, box build assembly or system integration is a plus.
4. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOM, technical specifications.
5. Knowledge of tools use for problem-solving, with practical experience in preparing 8D and/or CAPA.
6. Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS implementation ISO 9001 internal Auditor certification is a plus.
