Sales Representative

Responsibilities
* Identify, prospect and acquire new customers to drive revenue growth.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
* Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations, and follow up to secure orders.
* Manage the sales pipeline, monitor opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
* Conduct customer visits, sales meetings and business development activities.
* Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and reports.
* Monitor customer satisfaction, payment status and opportunities for repeat business.
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
* Preferably 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development or a related commercial role.
* Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, close sales and achieve targets.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused, self-motivated and results-oriented.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems or sales tracking tools.
* Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
* Possess a valid driving licence and own transport would be an advantage.
* Relevant sales experience in the copier and coffee machine industry is an (advantage)
