- Assist in QS matter e.g. tenders, procurement, progress claim and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Responsible for comprehensive contract administration and documentation, preparation of detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects/tender.
- Monitoring and controlling of project costs, including site measurement, provide accurate and timely valuation of works as well as preparation of contractual documents e.g. progress claim, payment certificates, variation of contract work etc.
- Promote a safe working environment across all project activities.
