Job Overview
• Job Title: Technical Support - Installer
• Pay / Salary: RM 2,000.00 - RM 2,500.00 per month
• Job Types: Full-time / Permanent
• Working Hours: Normal Shift or follow the project working hours requirement
• Off Days: 2 days per week

Job description:
● Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
● Manage external vendor’s relationships and services.
● Complete all assigned tasks within a given time frame, task includes on-site and off-site mechanical and electrical & Software/Hardware work.
● Must be fast responding to support and attending to the case after call, email or instruction received.
● Able to explain the cause of certain problems arises and able to explain the reason for the solution applied either permanently or temporarily.
● Working closely with either internal technical/software team or external clients/user for tackling of support tasks reported in order to get the problem solved.
● Record, track, prioritize, and update incident tickets within IT Service Management (ITSM) software to closure
● Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing platforms
● Perform installation, cabling, configuration, testing, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems at project sites.
● Conduct on-site system demonstrations and user training for clients and site personnel.
● Conduct pre-installation stock checks to ensure the availability of required equipment, tools, and materials for upcoming projects, including cashless payment equipment, network switches, power supply units, cooling fans, and other related components.
● Report any shortage, damage, or unavailability of equipment and materials to the Technical
● Manager and Admin team for further action and procurement arrangements.
● Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project requirements, technical specifications, company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
● Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements
• Education: Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or equivalent (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply).
• Must possess your own transportation (preferably Bike/Motorcycle).
• Willingness to learn and travel
• Able to speak and understand English.
