- Coordinate permits, access, materials, equipment, inspections and workfront readiness.
- Monitor safe execution, workmanship, productivity, welfare and discipline.
- Verify completed quantities and hours with the Site Planner and General Inspector.
- Act as the Field Engineer's deputy for construction coordination.
