Sales Admin Assistant

About the role

This role involves assisting the Sales Manager and sales team in daily sales and business development activities within the IT solutions sector, focusing on HPC, AI infrastructure, cloud solutions, and data center services.

Key responsibilities

- Assist the Sales Manager and sales team in daily sales and business development activities
- Identify potential customers and support lead generation through basic research and outreach
- Assist in contacting customers, handling enquiries, and following up on sales leads and quotations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents
- Maintain and update customer records, sales leads, and sales pipeline information
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and technical team to understand customer requirements and support suitable IT solutions
- Develop basic knowledge of the company's IT solutions, including HPC, AI infrastructure, enterprise IT, cloud HPC, and data center colocation
- Assist in coordinating customer meetings, sales activities, and customer follow-ups
- Support sales reports, market research, and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with internal project teams to monitor and track the entire project delivery process ensuring a smooth and seamless delivery to the client.

About you

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–2 years of sales or related experience is an advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Interest in IT solutions, technology, and sales
- Good communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willing to learn about IT products, HPC, AI infrastructure, cloud solutions, and data center services
- Preferably person who is good-looking, charming, naturally smiling, positive, quick-witted, sharp-minded, has a pleasant voice, and is an extrovert.

- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
