CLEANING SUPERVISOR

Job Summary
We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to support our operations at :
1. Menara TH Damansara, Tabung Haji - Jln Damansara, Damansara Kim, Kuala Lumpur
(Commencement Date: 1 November 2026)
2. ASWARA - Jalan Tun Ismail, Kuala Lumpur
(Commencement Date: 1 December 2026)

The site is already managed by an experienced supervisor with over 5 years of proven expertise. This role is primarily focused on meeting certification requirements while working alongside the current supervisor to ensure cleaning operations, hygiene standards, and site coordination are upheld.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor day-to-day cleaning operations
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with cleaning standards
• Provide training and guidance to cleaners
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and gather feedback
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and request replenishment as needed
• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety protocols

Requirements
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or facility services industry (less than 2 years is also accepted)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to work in shifts and weekends when necessary
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
