Inventory Control & Quality Assurance
Plan and execute weekly cycle counts and monthly comprehensive physical stock-takes at the DC.
Enforce FIFO/FEFO protocols for perishable café raw items and grocery inventory.
Identify high-wastage areas, track product damages, and implement storage strategies to reduce shrinkage.

Requirement & Qualifications:
Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in DC operations, inventory control, warehouse fulfillment, or logistics management; experience in dual-channel retail (B2B outlet supply + B2C e-commerce) in FMCG/F&B startup is advantageous.

Skills
Mandatory experience operating AutoCount (Inventory, Warehouse, or Billing modules).
Familiarity with digital routing, fleet management logic, and on-demand delivery apps (e.g., Lalamove).
