Team Leadership
- Oversee and guide warehouse assistants in daily tasks, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Inventory Control
- Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely replenishment.

Inbound & Outbound Coordination
- Supervise receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials.

Process Compliance
- Ensure all warehouse activities follow company SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock movement, damaged goods, and operational performance.

Equipment Handling
- Proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse tools.

Problem-Solving
- Address issues related to stock discrepancies, delays, or workflow disruptions.

Training & Coaching
- Train new staff on warehouse procedures and promote continuous improvement within the team.
