Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the material handling equipment, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
2. Promote the company's products and services, including equipment rental, maintenance and repair, machinery sales, and spare parts.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
4. Understand customers' operational requirements and recommend suitable equipment and service solutions.
5. Prepare sales quotations, proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
6. Conduct customer visits, business meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
7. Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, and commercial arrangements in accordance with company policies.
8. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, technical, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify potential business opportunities.
11. Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices in coordination with the Finance Department.
12. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and business development activities.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Previous experience in sales, business development, industrial equipment, machinery, or logistics-related industries is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Chinese is required, including speaking, reading, and writing, for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.
4. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
7. Willingness to travel and conduct customer visits when required.
8. Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is preferred.
9. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
10. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in industrial sales are encouraged to apply.
