Marketing Manager

Job Description :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Plan and manage campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions and collaborations.
- Lead and guide the team (social media, designers, freelancers) to deliver high-quality work.
- Analyse data and performance (sales, traffic, conversion, ROI) and optimize results.
- Strengthen bran positioning and elevate customer experience.
- Manage marketing budget and measure campaign ROI.

Requirement :
- 3 to 5 years experience in marketing
- Work experience in F&B industry is an advantage
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, brand management, content direction, customer experience, data analysis and reporting and CRM.
- Good discipline, consistency & attention to detail
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Able to travel to Petaling Jaya
- Able to work on weekends and festive seasons
