2. Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution.
3. To fulfill customer request and immediate resolve if complaint raise.
4. To supervise a team of supervisors and material handlers for stuffing and un-stuffing of containers for export and import shipments.
5. To oversee the storage, control, and distribution of materials and products according to company needs and customer requirements.
6. To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities and equipment.
7. Liaise closely with the various departments and suppliers, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the running of the operations.
8. Review, feedback and update relevant SOPs and procedures regularly to assure it fits to company needs.
9. Conducting SCM activity including relevant warehousing, purchasing, inventory control activities and logistics from time to time.
10. Streamline and implement processes and policies to increase the efficiency of operation in the Supply Chain Department
11. Work closely with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.
12. Planning for supply and demand the right assumption to minimize logistics cost.
13. Manage backlog, analyze and resolve transactional issues that may prevent on time shipments to avoid additional charges.
14. Able to handle export and import shipments.
15. Manage / follow up with suppliers to assure compliance of company quality policy and SCM requirements, including CAPA, continuous improvements, and pending issues.
16. Organizing and managing the packing and distribution of stocks to outstation stores by liaising with third party logistic provider
17. Able to work closely with forwarder and port personal (Northport and Westport) to solve daily issues for haulage.
18. Responsible for any miscellaneous and Ad-Hoc tasks
19. Responsible for report problem with regards Food Safety Management System.
