Key Responsibilities
• Perform first-line support for general repair and maintenance, particularly electrical and air-conditioning systems.
• Support fire and safety initiatives and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) implementation.
• Carry out maintenance and relocation of furniture, fittings, and facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance-related matters.
• Identify and source materials required for repair and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Diploma from a recognised institution with at least 3 years of working experience.
• Hands-on experience in building maintenance, electrical works, plumbing, carpentry, fire & safety, air-conditioning systems, housekeeping, and related maintenance services.
• Knowledge of M&E and architectural drawings is an advantage.
• Possession of a Wireman Certificate is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fair command of written and spoken English and basic computer literacy.
• Organised, dedicated, and able to work independently.
