Production Supervisor

Job Description:
- Arrange manpower for mixer operations based on the daily production plan.
- Request raw materials (SA) in sufficient quantities according to the daily plan.
- Ensure rework powder stock is utilized in line with daily planning.
- Manage OEM mixing and the reject stick cutting team.
- Assist R&D during trial run activities and ensure proper coordination with the mixing team.
- Ensure all materials used are scanned using the scanner.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to GMP, safety and hygiene standards.
- Report any deviation or material issues to the superior immediately.
- Maintain proper records of daily operations and material usage.
- Support in stock take activities and reconciliation of material balance.
- Monitor and operate the SCADA system at the hopper to ensure accurate material flow and process control.
- Perform rework process for all rework powder and balance powder stock.
- Liaise with R&D personal to obtain disposition decisions for powder stock.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing production / supervision (preferably in FMCG/food‑manufacturing environment or high‑volume production).
- Strong adherence to safety, quality and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Good leadership skills with ability to supervise, motivate and develop a production team.
