SUPERVISOR M&E

1. Monitor the installation of wiring, cable trays, conduit runs, Main Distribution Boards (MDB), sub-distribution boards (DB), lighting fixtures, earthing systems, and backup generators.
2. Supervise the placement of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV), ductwork, chillers, exhaust fans, pumps, and motors.
3.Oversee piping layouts, water supply lines, drainage, sanitary systems, and rainwater harvesting installations.
4. Check the fitting of sprinkler systems, fire alarms, smoke detectors, CCTV, security systems, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) data cabling.
5. Read and interpret single-line diagrams, schematic drawings, shop drawings, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and master M&E plans.
6. Identify spatial clashes before concrete is poured or ceilings are closed—ensuring that ductwork or large pipes do not collide with structural beams (C&S) or architectural drop ceilings.
7.Conduct internal checks on workmanship and material quality prior to official inspections by consultants, clients, or local authorities.
8.Ensure compliance with local electrical and building codes (such as Suruhanjaya Tenaga / Energy Commission requirements in Malaysia, local OSHA/CIDB safety guidelines, and local water/fire service standards).
9.Assist engineers and specialists in pressure testing for pipes, insulation resistance tests for electrical wiring, and functional tests for pumps and panels.
10.Coordinate power energization, system balancing, and final handover to the client or facility management team.
