Goodlife (M) Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 1979 by two entrepreneurs, Gordon Tham and C.T. Ong, to distribute automotive products, which included Hitachi Power Window, electric ignition systems, fuel saving devices and other auto-accessories. Within a couple of years, other innovative product brands like Perma Glass (USA), Justice Brothers (USA), Rain-X (USA) and Power Plus (Australia) were added to the distribution group. In 1991, Goodlife (M) Sdn. Bhd. undertook Black & Decker (USA) and the following year began contract manufacturing under the licensing agreement with principals. The following year, Stoplock, steering wheel immobilizer from the UK was added and since then Goodlife has been the sole distributor of Stoplock in Malaysia. Within the next three years, Goodlife (M) Sdn. Bhd. began the development of manufacturing activities.

Today, Goodlife Group a fully managed operative by C.T. Ong (Director) & C.Y. Ong (CEO) is formed by few companies below its rapidly expanding wings, it has branched out into manufacturing under Goodlife Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, which is a fully owned operative manufacturing plant with an up to date equipped and manned Research & Development (R&D) laboratory and Quality Assurance facilities. Here, Goodlife Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. is well positioned to manufacture a wide range of consumer chemical products.

Actively exporting our products worldwide to USA, Europe, MIddle East and Asian countries through OEM and self-own brands PG Perma Glass (car
